Day 6-8: Workflow and Responsibilities

Understand the team’s time zone distribution and which designer is available during specific times of the day.

Review schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage and identify primary contacts for each time slot.

Learn that each designer owns a specific design service but is cross-trained to support others during out-of-office (OOO) periods.

Understand prioritization criteria for design tasks.

Practice managing queues with mock tickets, including OOO handoffs.

Hands-On Practice

Start working on low-complexity design tickets under Ryan’s supervision.

Apply learnings from the knowledge base and templates.

Day 9-10: Training and Integration Schedule Onboarded Training with Team Members (1-Hour Sessions Each):
