Pre-Onboarding: Platform and System Access
Set up by Andy & E.A. (Before Day 1):

Coordinate and ensure [New Designer] has access to all required platforms and systems using their @signaturelocker.com email address:

HubSpot: Set Sign-In View to Tasks » General Settings. Add [New Designer] to relevant HubSpot queues and filters for design tasks.

Slack: Add to relevant team channels: #locker-designers, #locker-design-team, #locker-design-creative, #locker-design-masters, #locker-design-web, and set up notifications.

Ziflow: Join the Team Design workspace and set up views/filters.

Google Drive: Grant access to design folders and Signature Master Templates.

Dashlane: Set up an account for secure password management and share team credentials.

Loom: Provide access for recording and sharing video tutorials or feedback.

Adobe: Grant access to Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) using their @signaturelocker.com email.

Verify access and provide login credentials to [New Designer] using their @signaturelocker.com email before shadowing begins.
