Day 1-3: Shadow Design Lead, Ryan, to Understand:

  1. Designer Role Overview

    • Learn core responsibilities, expectations, and team dynamics.

    • Review team goals and individual contributions.

  2. Signature Knowledge Base

    • Explore the knowledge base for design standards, guidelines, and resources.

    • Study brand identity and key design principles.

  3. Google Calendar: Design Blocks

    • Understand scheduling and time allocation for design tasks.

    • Review recurring design blocks and team syncs.

  4. Nomenclature

    • Learn team-specific terminology and naming conventions for files, projects, and assets.

  5. Team Design Request Tickets

    • Understand the process for receiving, prioritizing, and managing design requests.

  6. Intelligent SKU System

    • Study the SKU structure for organizing and tracking design assets.


Day 4-5: Familiarize with Tools and Templates:

  1. HubSpot

    • Explore key sections:

      • Tickets

      • Tasks

      • CX (Customer Experience)

    • Practice navigating and updating tickets.

  2. Slack

    • Review communication protocols and practice using channels.

  3. Ziflow

    • Practice creating and reviewing proofs in the Team Design workspace.

  4. Google Drive

  5. Dashlane

    • Learn how to access and manage team credentials securely using the @signaturelocker.com email.

  6. Loom

    • Practice recording a short video to share design feedback or a process walkthrough.

  7. Adobe

    • Confirm login functionality with @signaturelocker.com email and access to team projects.

    • Complete any assigned tutorials (e.g., on Signature Master Templates).
