When a Sales PRO transfers ownership, this triggers several internal process procedure updates across multiple departments: AM, CX, and ECOM.

1. Team Design » SR » [XX] » [X] » 0000/TAG_ID/Team_Name

Step 2: Group Folder

People » All groups » 0000 — Team_Name [XX]

  1. Go to All groups 
  2. Search for the Program using the Program ID [0000]
  3. Hover over the Sales PRO and Click the Blue Trash Can to remove the Sales PRO.
  4. Change the Sales PRO TAG ID [XX] in the Group Name
  5. Unselect the Decision Option for Sales PRO in the Group Members
  6. Click the Save Button
  7. Done!
