Company Owner = Signature Sales PRO
When a Sales PRO transfers ownership, this triggers several internal process procedure updates across multiple departments: AM, CX, and ECOM.

Step 2: Group Folder
People » All groups » 0000 — Team_Name [XX]
- Go to All groups

- Search for the Program using the Program ID [0000]

- Hover over the Sales PRO and Click the Blue Trash Can to remove the Sales PRO.

- Change the Sales PRO TAG ID [XX] in the Group Name

- Unselect the Decision Option for Sales PRO in the Group Members

- Click the Save Button

- Done!
