Use the "Pending" Decision When The Proof Awaits Logo or QC Approval.

- Click the [+] button to create a new proof

- Upload v0.2 to Ziflow with Demo Logos provided in the Master in the correct placement per the HubSpot Ticket/Task Design Description.

- Scroll down to the settings to verify that the version matches the Google Drive folder

- Change your Decision to Pending

- You can choose all that apply.

- Complete the Task via HubSpot

- Once the Vectorize Logos have been approved

- Duplicate the v0.2 folder and rename it v1

- Apply the latest approved Vectorize Logo version to the v1 design

- Upload the v1 proof

- Check the Team Store Design Client Review Stage
- If the Team Store Design Client Review Stage is Approved, approve your stage.
- If the Team Store Design Client Review Stage is still under review,
- Check to see if the client has opened the proof.

- Check to see the latest activity.
- Choose the "Pending" Decision and provide the latest activity in the comments.

- Check to see if the client has opened the proof.
- Complete the Task via HubSpot

- Change Ticket Status to Client Review

- Done!
