Use the "Pending" Decision When The Proof Awaits Logo or QC Approval.

  1. Click the [+] button to create a new proof
  2. Upload v0.2 to Ziflow with Demo Logos provided in the Master in the correct placement per the HubSpot Ticket/Task Design Description.
  3. Scroll down to the settings to verify that the version matches the Google Drive folder
  4. Change your Decision to Pending
  5. You can choose all that apply.
  6. Complete the Task via HubSpot
  7. Once the Vectorize Logos have been approved
  8. Duplicate the v0.2 folder and rename it v1
  9. Apply the latest approved Vectorize Logo version to the v1 design
  10. Upload the v1 proof
  11. Check the Team Store Design Client Review Stage
    1. If the Team Store Design Client Review Stage is Approved, approve your stage.
    2. If the Team Store Design Client Review Stage is still under review,
      1. Check to see if the client has opened the proof.
      2. Check to see the latest activity. 
      3. Choose the "Pending" Decision and provide the latest activity in the comments.
  12. Complete the Task via HubSpot
  13. Change Ticket Status to Client Review
  14. Done!
