All Team Design Requests should flow through our Account Managers or CX. CX will assign the Stakeholder's Task(s) via HubSpot and Ziflow to avoid delays and limit the inbox of non-stakeholders.

eCom Request

  1. Change your Decision via Ziflow to "Needs Changes."
  2. Assign the Task to CX via Hubspot Ticket
  3. Make a comment to CX

Production Request

  1. Change your Decision via Ziflow to "Needs Changes."
  2. Assign the Task to CX via Hubspot Ticket
  3. Make a comment to CX

CX will assign the appropriate stakeholder based on the information received by the team.
