      How to Grade Uniforms

      QUALITY CHECK CHECKLIST

      1. Colors - Ensure there is a material difference in colors (for example, black on black)
      2. Seams - Don’t go within 1” of a seam.
      3. Objects in design - never make an object smaller than 0.25” that needs to be legible.
      4. Confirm that there is not more than one clipping mask in the art file
      5. Double-check that all layers are ON
      6. Any variable data needs to be a solid color with no customization
      7. Single-layer logo and design // merge through nesting
      8. The name Place holder is LASTNAME; if no name is required, do not include
      9. The only approved number is 44
      10. Confirm smart layers are connected, i.e., A number changes on all locations.
      11. Confirm any necessary fonts are in the shared font folder
      12. Verify that the product is what the client is expecting (correct Style #)
      13. Double that brand placements match the approved art design
      14. Review & Upload Final Graded files to Google Drive using SKU Sheet as File Names"
