# How to Build a Popup-Store

Effective as of December 12th,  2024

**DOWNLOAD:  **

1\. Go to the proof on Ziflow and click on the "Properties" tab. 

2\. Find the designated logos under the "Final Assets" Section and the apparel list should be found under the "Hubspot Task Details."

3\. Click on the "Hubspot Task Details" and a Hubspot page will appear with a Task. You will find the Google document with all the pop-up information in this section. It should look like the example below:

4, Go to [Athletech](https://app.fulfillengine.com/user-area/accounts/act-9563972/campaigns/d7445c6d-7a4f-42ad-a354-dc07ce279b0f) and begin building the products with the stated logo placement, All products should be named "Team Name \[Name of product being built\]." 

5\. Once all of the products are built on Athletech, go to Shopify, and click the up and down arrows. A dropdown list will appear, from the list click "Created" and then "Newest First." This will now show you a list of all the newest products added to the system. 

6\. Click on all of the products you just created and click on "bulk edit." It should look like this below:

7\. Click on the Columns button in the upper right-hand corner and unclick "Product Category and Vendor" and click on "Description, Tags, Status, Online Store, Team Store Collection, Product Category, Rush Fee: Countdown Timer." Your view should look like this now:

8\. Go through each Column to make sure it is all filled out properly according to the Popup Store sheet.

Please remember to tag all items with the tag: **Popup Store**

The tagging is crucial for reporting and marketing purposes. 

9\. Once everything has been filled out, please visit the client-facing site to make sure everything has been filled out correctly. A great product example is found below:
