How to Assign an Old Design Request with Bypassing Stages

  1. Before assigning a designer, we must get full clarification from the Account Manager / Sales Pro on the last approved design.
  2. Check to see if the SKU Sheet has been updated
  3. Verify that the Left Side Bar Unifrom Styles Match the SKU Sheet
    1. If not, assign the Account Manager to Create/Update SKUs via Ziflow
  4. Upload the confirmed design from Google Drive to Ziflow
    1. Click the (+) button to create a proof
    2. Drag & Drop the Images  
    3. Scroll down and turn off the Minor Version so shows v1
    4. Click the Blue Create Button
  5. Set the Workflow to 3.1 and 3.2 choose Append
  6. Bypass all the stages that we can skip
  7. Have the 3D Designer Complete Both Stages back-to-back
  8. Update the Due Date
  9. Set the Task to Resolved
  10. Assign the Designer via the Stage in Ziflow
  11. Update Ticket Status
  12. Done!
