How to Assign an Old Design Request with Bypassing Stages

- Before assigning a designer, we must get full clarification from the Account Manager / Sales Pro on the last approved design.

- Check to see if the SKU Sheet has been updated

- Verify that the Left Side Bar Unifrom Styles Match the SKU Sheet
- If not, assign the Account Manager to Create/Update SKUs via Ziflow
- Upload the confirmed design from Google Drive to Ziflow
- Click the (+) button to create a proof

- Drag & Drop the Images

- Scroll down and turn off the Minor Version so shows v1

- Click the Blue Create Button

- Click the (+) button to create a proof
- Set the Workflow to 3.1 and 3.2 choose Append

- Bypass all the stages that we can skip
- Have the 3D Designer Complete Both Stages back-to-back

- Update the Due Date
- Set the Task to Resolved
- Assign the Designer via the Stage in Ziflow

- Update Ticket Status

- Done!
