We have a 12-hour advantage with Emman, so we have to think about this differently and assign tomorrow’s task tonight instead of tomorrow morning. Otherwise, we will lose the 12-hour advantage. **Designer 1 = Emman** Morning Shift Coverage (7 pm Tonight - noon Tomorrow) **Designer 2 = Luka** Night Shift Coverage (7 am Tomorrow - 4 pm Tomorrow) **Designer 3 = Full-Time Designer or Mark** Overnight Shift Coverage (8 am Today - 6 pm Today) **Designer 4 = E.A. *(Only used for clearing out backlog when needed)*** Overnight Shift Coverage (8 am Today - 6 pm Today) ![](https://help.signaturelocker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-04-22%20at%2010-14-40%E2%80%AFAM%201-png-2.png?width=5760&height=3240&name=Screenshot%202024-04-22%20at%2010-14-40%E2%80%AFAM%201-png-2.png) If we know what is coming and always assign (by Kelso & Alex) the more critical tasks before we sign off, we set up our whole team to win and have enough time to get everything done by the time we sign back the next day.
