      ​​Design Timelines for Clients

      We are committed to meeting these challenging timelines to ensure your project’s success. Contact your Account Manager with questions or to discuss rush orders.

      RUSH ORDERS  |  0  |  1  |  2  |  3  |  4  |  5  |  6  |  9  |  TIMING

      To meet our Design Approval Deadline (DAD) and ensure your project launches on time, we guarantee initial design mockups within 3 business days after a ticket is launched, providing you 4 business days to review, revise, and approve to meet the Product Launch Deadline (PLD), set exactly 7 business days from project start. Our global design team works across time zones to deliver on these firm commitments.

      Rush Orders

      Rush orders are prioritized to deliver production-ready proofs within 1 business day (same-day in some cases), depending on your in-hand date, ticket submission time, number of revisions, and project size. Rush orders may shift priorities, potentially affecting other project timelines.

       

       

      Design Task Timelines

      Below are the fixed timelines for when you will receive initial design proofs after submitting your project via HubSpot. Timelines begin once our Design Coordinator assigns the task (next business day for submissions after 5 PM Eastern).

       


      0. Vectorized Logos

      • 1 business day
      • 2 business days if a logo is created from scratch (no logo provided).

      1. Brand Guidelines

      • 7 business days 

      2. Team Store » Design Only

        • 1 business day if no logo vectorization is needed.
        • 2 business days if logo vectorization is required.

      Note: Missing or additional logos will delay dependent tasks.

      3. Uniforms

        • 3 business days
      Note: Timelines assume all prerequisites (e.g., logo vectorization or team store approvals) are completed on schedule. Packages with a high volume of pieces can affect the delivery timeline.

      4. Off-Menu » Design Only

      4.0 Apparel Collection

      • 1 business day for Off-Menu Logo(s) Uploaded for eCom.

      4.1 Custom Apparel Collection

      • 3 business days for Off-Menu Custom Apparel.

      Note: Timelines assume all prerequisites (e.g., logo vectorization or team store approvals) are completed on schedule. Packages with a high volume of pieces can affect the delivery timeline.

      5. Signature Pro Hat

      • 1 business day if no logo vectorization is needed.
      • 2 business days if logo vectorization is required.

      6. Signature Duffle Bag

      • 1 business day if no logo vectorization is needed.
      • 2 business days if logo vectorization is required.

      9. Signature Event Branding

      • 1 business day if no logo vectorization is needed.
      • 2 business days if logo vectorization is required.

      Key Notes

      • Submission Timing: Tickets submitted after 5 PM Eastern are processed the next business day.
      • Dependencies: Delays in prerequisites (e.g., logo vectorization or team store approvals) will impact dependent tasks.
      • Revisions & Approvals: To meet the PLD, you must provide feedback and approvals within the 4-day window after receiving initial mockups.
