How to Manually Enroll Tickets when Tasks Automation Fails

    1. Go to Workflows
    2. Go to Team Design Request
    3. Click on the Enroll Button in the top Right Corner
    4. Select the Individual Tickets
    5. Enter the Ticket ID Number
    6. Check the Ticket(s) you would like to Enroll
    7. Click the Orange Enroll Button
    8. Enrollment Notification
    9. Click the Ticket to check its Enrollment Status
    10. Verify the Ticket has been Enrolled
    11. Refresh Page
    12. Congratulations You Have Successfully Manually Enrolled this Ticket's Task!
    13. Done!
