# Ziflow Best Practices

**DOWNLOAD:  **

When using Ziflow for the eCom Department, here are the best folders to keep in view at all times. 

1\. eCom Builds: Everything that is currently in our team's queue. 

2\. eCom Revisions: All uniforms, apparel collections, duffel bags, and team stores that are under revision. 

3\. Personalized folder : Builder: \[Builder Name\]: Everything that has been in our individual queue. 

2.5 Build/Update Team Store: Shows all Team Stores that need to be worked on ONLY. 

2.6 Add to Team Store: Shows all of the uniforms, duffel bags, and apparel collections that need to be worked on ONLY. 

If you do not see any of these folders at any time, please reach out to the eCom team!
