Tickets & Tasks for Design

Tickets

  • Tickets will now be created based on the Deal instead of the Design Season, so a scenario with two or three Tickets in the same design season is possible.

Tasks

  • When a ticket is created, a task will automatically be assigned to you with a 3-10-day buffer, depending on which request you are making. This gives enough time for
    • Kelso to enter all the design details
    • Alex to review it and set up the Google Drive & Zillow folders. 
      • Once Alex has completed his task in HubSpot and & Approves his stage in Ziflow, your task is released and starts.
