# Submitting DST file request

When submitting a DST file request, please make sure to use the template below: 

Hello \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_,

We need this logo to be created into a DST file. Here is the information below:

1\. Product: 

 Material: detailed oz and material being used on the product  
Placement: placement of logo on the garment  
Size: max dimensions the product will allow

2\. Product:  
Material: detailed oz and material being used on the product  
Placement: placement of logo on the garment  
Size: max dimensions the product will allow

We would like to have the highest stitch count possible with zero puckering.
