Click on the Apple Logo
Goto System Settings...
Search for Text Replacement
Click on the (+) button to add a new shortcut
Copy & Paste the ID in the Replace Field
Copy & Paste the Program_ID|TAG_ID|Year-Season — Service_ID in the With Field
Click the Add Button to Save
Repeat until you have all of them added.
