6. Double-click on the 2. Team Store Folder
7. Double-click on the *ECOM* Folder
8. Download
   1. Option 1
      1. Click on the Download Icon
   2. Option 2
      1. Double-click on the Ticket_ID — Team Store Hero Banner — E-Mail (600px W 72dpi) File
      2. Click on the Menu Icon in the top right corner to Download the file.
