How To Resolve A Task When It Is Blocked & Reassign The Task To The Primary Stakeholder


  1. Comment back on the Task with the Primary Stakeholder (@Stakeholder) Tagged & any additional Stakeholder(s) cc them.
  2. Change the Queue to Resolved
  3. Reassign the Due Date
  4. Update the Priority if needed
  5. Reassign the Task to the Stakeholder on the Stage of the proof via Ziflow
  6. Update the Ticket Status
  7. Done!
