      How to Request a Physical Color Swatch Sample

      Instructions for how to request a physical dye-sublimation uniform color swatch sample for your client.

      1. Visit the #sales or #orderrequest channels on Slack. Click the 'Request A Color Sample' tab in the pinned bookmarks.

      2. Fill out the simple request form with the information necessary for the Ops team to send the correct fabric and color swatch.

      3. Be sure to include all of the information requested!

      4. After clicking 'Submit' a request will be placed in the #orderrequest channel. The necessary team members will be tagged and notified. Please allow approximately 5-7 days for the color sample to be delivered.
