  1. Change the Ticket Status to Blocked
  2. Change the Queue to 0. Blocked
  3. Resign the Task to CX (Alex Machado)
  4. Provide your comments and concerns with screenshots, including all Stakeholders
  5. cc Leads & Any other relevant Stakeholders
  6. Continue working in the Background while waiting on the Final Assets
  7. Done!
