The cover stitch on the sleeve is always about 1/4". There should be some tolerance for stitching away as it will never always be 100% perfect. Proposed solution:
- Implement design rules to only allow for 1 solid color within 2.75" of the cut line for the sleeves. This is only applicable to styles with sleeves.
- Minimize or eliminate the use of contrast stitching on sleeves. Due to the nature of the sewing process, sleeves are tough to get perfectly straight.
