# Creating a Bulk Sheet

## Here is how you create a bulk sheet for on menu items

1\. Make a copy of the [Bulk Template](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16iBc8cTwCTMO3O2kG7XGGzpgR4Eyveoa/edit?usp=drive_link&ouid=114357745469288893344&rtpof=true&sd=true)

2\. Name the sheet with the program name and the bulk order submission date (ie: Lady Blue Knights Bulk Order 5.20.25)

3\. Follow the directions accordingly on the sheet and confirm all sections are filled out (Program Name, Order Number, IHD, Ship to info, SKUs, name/number customization as well as artwork)

4\. Link the PRODUCTION files to the artwork(Found in the drive)  
--\> Clients Under Contract  
--\> Program Name  
--\> Design Season  
--\> ticket  
--\> 3.0 Uniforms  
--\> Production

5\. Move to the Pending Bulk Order folder once order is paid and ready for production
