First, you will see how to close out your portion of the project by marking the 2D section as complete in the tracker and clearly identifying the next owner, such as Elena or Klara. This ensures that everyone understands who is responsible for the following stage. Next, the walkthrough demonstrates how to handle versioning of the master files. You will take the latest master file, place it in a new “v5” folder, rename it to “v5.0” as the current master, and then duplicate it to create “v5.1,” which becomes the newest working version for Elena or Klara to build from. Finally, you will learn how to document and communicate the handoff by taking screenshots, recording “last updated” as today’s date, and posting in Slack that the 1Ds are ready for 1D training. This combination of version control, clear ownership, and communication helps keep the entire team aligned. --- ### STEP-by-STep guide **1.
