How to add the QR Code Signature Locker Tag

TRACKER

The Signature Locker Tag Tracker is where you find your assigned Styles that you are resposnbile for adding. we have a total of 86 styles that need the new QC Code Locker Tag (43 Men's Styles, 32 Women's Styles, & 11 Unisex Styles), with 9 designer we can divide and conquer this massive update together. 

  1. Review the Tracker, find your Styles
  2. When you start change the status from ADD QR CODE to IN PROGRESS
  3. When Completed chnage the Status from IN PROGRESS to COMPLETED
  4. The Update the Tracker Number 0 of 32 to 1 of 32 and so on.

  1. Ensure you use the PRO Tag on all of the PRO Styles

  2. Use Player Tag for all the other Styles.

STEP 1

Getting Started

3. MASTER DESIGN / 1004 — Signature Locker / 3. Uniforms

  1. Go to the 3. Uniforms Folder, then go to the Line Type Folder

    1. Basic Line
    2. Player Line
    3. Pro Line
    4. Youth Line
  2. Go to the Style Folder 3. Pro Line / 4000's / Style 4001
  3. Since this is a Major Update we Verison Up from whatever that Last Verison is
    1. If the last Folder Verison is v2, Create a New v3 Folder
    2. Verify the Master in the last Verison Folder is the same as the one in the LIVE Team Signature Styles Folder before duplicating the Master.
    3. Duplicate the latest Master in the New vX Folder (ex. v3)
      1. Change the Verison ID from v2.0 to v3.0 (ex. 4001 - U Pro SS Tech Tee (Dark) v3.0) in the File Name
    4. Open New Master

STEP 2

Updating the new master
  1. Client Info Box
    1. Change the Date to the Current Date
  2. V5.0 | BASE | Version Symbol | [ V4.3.2.0 | 11.26.25 ] » [ V4.3.3.0 | 3.5.26 ]
    1. Change the Change the Date to the Current Date (ex. 3.5.26)
    2.  Change the Version ID from 2.0 to 3.0 (ex. V4.3.3.0)
      1. If the Master doesnt have a V5.0 | BASE | Version Symbol add it from a master that does.

 

STEP 3

UPDATE Nomenclature
  1. Top Layer | SL Player Locker Tags | LOCKED
    1. Change the Layer Name to Locker Tags | LOCKED
  2. Locker Tag Symbol | SL PRO Locker Tag - AL or SL Player Locker Tag | 10 | AL
    1. Change the Symbol Name to Locker Tag | Panel | 123 | 10 | AL
Add qR Code Locker Tag
  1. Copy the Locker Tag Symbol from the 1004|SLR|25-4 - 36898868550 - SL Locker Tags File
  2. Paste the Locker Tag Symbol into the Locker Tag | Panel | 123 | 10 | AL Symbol in the New Master
    1. Align the New Locker Tag with the Old SL Player Locker Tag Placement
      1. Starting Placement X: 5 in Y: 11.1377 in
    1. Delete the Old SL Player Locker Tag
    2. Verfity Locker Tag Placement looks consistent arcoss all sizes, adjust left, right, top or bottom if needed.
Add "Locker Tag | Panel | 123 | 10 | AL" Structure to Symbol Optional If Missing
